I love to cross stitch. Does anyone have, or know where I could get a pattern with lovebird(s) on it? I've found a kit online with various parrots, but no lovebirds.

Thanks!

Holly, my avatar is a cross stitch (lovie babies) that Shy LeVon did for me. You might send her a PM and when she checks in she can give you the details and might also know of a pattern with adult lovebirds. Shy is very crafty so for all I know she made up the pattern. It wouldn't surprise me! The woman is a genius! :D

OMG -- Rachel, that first one you found is SO cute! It's been years since I've cross-stiched but I might be able to manage that.

Thanks for the link, chica :)

i have no time to actually do it, but man, oh man...

Some of those designs are beautiful, wish I could sew!

There's also one on E-Bay at the moment, but the seller's in England.

You don't need to know how to sew to cross stitch. You just have to be able to count, have reasonably good eyesight and/or a good lamp and magnifying glass, which is what I use, and above all patience. It is fun to do a project, then finish it and see the finished project.

Thanks for the search results guys!

Michael's stores have supplies, as well as JoAnn Fabric stores.

There are several web sites around as well. This is my favorite:

I am looking at the Joann web site right now, and they have tons of kits and project on their website! I shouldn't be looking, I should be cleaning up after dinner and putting Peachie to bed!

I have a book of patterns on parrots. It has one or two patterns of lovebirds in it. I can scan and email if you like. Just let me know your email.

Oh that would be just great! Can you scan the patterns as high DPI as you can so they are clear, with a color pic as well?

I have Adobe Writer on my work PC. Please email to my work. I'll send you a PM with that address.

Thanks so much for sharing!
