I just wanted to say thank you to Linda and all of her helpers that put this site together and maintain it. No, I am not brown-nosing :D. The other day I decided to log onto a local pet forum and it was lacking! The Lovebird Plus Community was my first experience with online forums (:) I just hadn't done this sort of thing yet). It is just so easy to navigate. I didn't have any trouble finding things. The local site I was talking about was just so confusing and not easy to navigate at all. It really made me realize how hard you guys work!! THANK YOU!!!:grouphug1

I agree! :D This was the FIRST forum I found and honestly, that was that, my search for lovebird info. was over! In the last 4 years I have peeked in on other forums and and thought, "what a waste of time!" :D

One of the reasons it's easier to find things here is because our specialty is lovebirds, not all parrot species. The set up for this community is really quite complex but it makes finding things much, much easier. I just can't imagine trying to do justice to more parrot species and having the same level of organization.

well i must say this is the number first forum for me too....then comes the cosasagapornis.com....in spanish, but their products are different, they trade lovebirds or give them for adoption especially in spain lol....so i do check that one but not so often....then comes tailfeathers.com.....i usually post there about my cockatiels and budgies.....but lovebird plus forum its better it looks i dont know more organized.....

Yes, this site is very nice. It isn't my first bird forum though, and I love the one go for my tiels, but there isn't alot of action on the lovebird one, so I found this site for my lovie! and we both kinda it here! Lots of lovies for Pip to see and hear, and lots of people here who really know what lovies are all about! Pip kinda taught me that first, but I'm glad to have found this site too!

this was my first forum too, and altho i visit others, this is one of my favorites...but i have to say (and no i'm not brown nosing either..hee hee) it's because of the people! honestly, everyone is so helpful and considerate and kind. questions are answered almost as soon as they're posted.

I also thank Linda for this forum, the site is so easy to navigate.
It was a enormous help when I didn't know a thing about lovebirds.(I am still learning)
Now it keeps me assured that I am not the only crazy lovebird person in the world that some people think that I am.
I love to hear how everyones fids are doing, worry when they are sick, happy when they are doing well. Thanks Linda and all.
