Hi Everybody,
this story probably reveals just how little I know, but it's funny anyway
I was chatting to Mango and Tango who were outside the nest taking a wee break from their three noisy yet gorgeous chicks - they're so demanding :nyah:
Just then I spotted a little feathered arse coming out of the nest entrance..
I thought, "what's this, fledging in reverse?"
Then I started to panic of course, I mean it's probably 30CMs to the bottom of the cage from there. That first leap/flight [don't know what to expect here] is going to be fraught enough [for me] even facing forwards :omg:
Tried to get the door of the cage open - it looked like Kiwi who was about to fall to his doom - I was just too slow..
To catch a handful of poop  and then see the little arse retreating back into the nest
Of course I realised what's going on, actually what's been going on for a while judging by the pile of sh** directly under the nest entrance :rotfl
How do they teach them to do that
Anyway, now I can see it all the time, I even caught it on video..
Prepare to be disgusted in an extremely cute way
