So I went on a trip.. I've been gone about a week and a half, and had to leave my baby and my mom's fid at a relatives...

I came back too late to pick up the babies, and can't go get them until after the "sitters" come back from work tomorrow evening... the house seems so empty and quiet without them here!

I can't wait to see my chirper again!

Well, I have a fairly good idea regarding how you feel, only I get those same kind of feelings when I'm out of the house for awhile even though my lovebird is still safe at home. Next year my daughters getting married in Colorado so we'll be traveling from Ohio to there. It may not be in my Goofy lovebirds best interest to tag along as it will be late September and weather conditions could prove somewhat chilly. Really, if I knew the climate would remain warm he would be going right along with us. So far I've already been scrutinizing friends, neighbors and the vets office in providing him the best of care for the two weeks I'll be gone. Talk about missing his peeps and chirps :(! I'm not sure whats going to give me more anxiety, the wedding, or leaving my lovebird in someone else's care!.................>o
