My newer lovie Mardi doesn't like me or my hands.Today she didn't run to the other side of the room like she usually does when I get near..She sat still and raised one foot,bobbed her head up and down and did the ganking motion...is this a friendly gesture or is she telling me she isn't running anymore and back off?:confused:

Have you determined Mardi's gender yet? Does Keiko happen to be nearby? While I highly doubt this is "standoff" behavior it could be a male friendly mating response which would be quite common. I can't say much about the foot raising though :confused:..............:)

no even with Mardis wings clipped I can get close enough to touch her...even hold her..guess I will wait and find out if one of them drops eggs.:rofl:
