Overpreening

I think my lovie has overpreening problem.
He has been overpreening his tail feathers, now they are so think and look broken.
I tried to put many toys and foraging toys, but still he is overpreening.
How can I stop him overpreening?

Hi and welcome to our community!
What you are seeing may be the result of overpreening due to a medical problem. I would let my avian vet take a look to see what's really going on. He may be preening because something is bothering him and he's trying to get rid of whatever is causing him discomfort.
