I've had lovebirds in the past. About 4 weeks ago, I recently just got a beautiful lutino named Sunshine from a breeder. The bird was handfed but not tame. I've been patiently making friends with her. It seems to be working. I'm a bit concerned because she seems to show no interest in Millet (bird candy), vegies, fruits or anything. I thought maybe if i could find a food she likes it may help with taming and earning her trust. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas that could help. My other birds were either tame or had a food love that helped me work with them.

Theres a few i know mine love (by the way my male is named sunshine to!) brocholli, soybeans, and bell peppers to name but a few, another thing you can do is cut it up into different shapes i know my two lovies wont eat carrots if it is whole or cut into strips but love it when cut into circles.
Another thing to try is to hang it with twine they think its a toy and when the beak at it they get the taste for it, also you can eat some or pretend to eat some and make noises like mm yummy ,smack your lips etc MOST lovies are super curious and will want to taste a bit of it to!
Hope i helped a lil bit:)
