Keiko is throwing up on things....and only certain things....his bell and his ladder, with his ladder he coats the rungs in perfect form with vomit or some green stuff he chucks up....WHY???
I clean and clean the ladder and the next day it is covered again with green vomit. His metal bell also has sprays of vomit on it too...
he eats normally and doesn't look or act sick.

How old is he? He may be "gacking" or reguritating which a mating behaviour. I know that there are several posts on here about this - try searching "vomit" and "gacking" - there is one really good post that explains the differences between them. If he is truly vomiting then he would need to see an avian vet ASAP!

:) Sounds like you may have a male lovebird and he's feeding his favorite toys, which is not abnormal. In lieu of a mate, they pick a favorite toy or other object to show their affections. The green coloring is probably from food eaten.
A number of our members have birds that do exactly the same thing. Remove the choice of toy or whatever, and he will simply pick another one.

I agree, that's not vomit, it's "gack" and I have one that could win any gack contest in the world. Piles and piles AND PILES every single day. In his case it's always on one thing, his birdie buddy, so that makes it a little easier to clean up but still, my shop vac gets used two to five times a day in the "gack" area. My fingers are crossed that he'll out-grow this stage soon. He'll be three on Wednesday and has been gacking, non stop, for over 2 years.

Great..... I thought Eddie looked like he might be gagging last night when I was swapping out his sleep huts.
I thought it may be the start of the "gacking" .... joy :(
