This is wierd

I've noticed that if I clap my hands once, Milo will make a short "chip" sound at the same time I make the sound. Doesn't matter if he's in or out of the cage.

And you know what, if I clap (slowly) twice, he will "chip" twice, both times exactly at the same time I clap.

Such a strange little guy.

Hmmmm. That is kind of strange :wink:. If I clap once really loud to get Goof's attention his usual response is a rapid PEEP! PEEP! PEEP! If I clap once softly then he peeps like normal only once.......Have him nearby the phone while I'm on it and he won't shut up!.................:)

When my birds squabble (which they seem to have as a hobby at the moment) i have recently discovered clapping stops them in their tracks! They dont peep or chirp to it though :( That does sound cute! :p

my mom started a game with my Beezle, sometimes when she chirps at him he chirps back almost at the same time. tis funny :)

Mine does the same whenever I close my cell phone.

My lovebird chirps once whenever I sneeze, so it's like he's saying 'bless you.' Haha.


He also always chirps when someone opens a can of soda. It's pretty funny.
