Fenway is Fen, Green monster, mr. Green-man, handsome, pretty boy, and oddly enough I sometimes call him peas and carrots...>o
(His colors have always made me think of those!!! )
Wrigley is Mr Wriggles, Yellow fellow, mellow yellow, handsome, Wrigley-TK(in honor of his previous name) and banana-bird.
Mostly I just stand by their cage and goo-goo talk to them and basically make any noise and/or cooing sound I can think of to get a reaction.
My puppy is usally the only one who responds....

Are we limited to terms of endearment? That seems, with me, to be mostly "Sweet pea" used with whatever lovebird I am praising or reassuring at the moment. Apple is generally "my Apple".
Anything else would have to be censored, since it is usually said (sotto voce, so Apple doesn't start saying these things) through gritted teeth while Tourmaline's beak is grinding into various parts of me! :bag:

OH my goodness! I can't belive the ones I forgot!
I am usually calling Fenway "Naughty boy" and he probably thinks his name is No-No, because that is always being said to him as he taunts the puppy...In fact, I think this emoticon says exactly what he seems to be relaying to Gracie from an area just out of her reach in his cage.... :carrot:
And the one that is commonly used for both of them:
loud-mouth birdies
When i wake them up or come back from work, or leave them i say "hello/goodbye little bubba's/bubbies" and if theyre peeping like mad i say "babys" to calm them a bit. Sometimes i call the pickles or chickobees! But mostly Bubbas! God knows where it came from! Sticky gets called Sticky beak and bobble gets called Bob Bobs! :D

I've got heaps now that Angus is Abby.
Mainly Abba-dabba-doo, Ab-blab, Flappy and lately, Sharka. :D
The parents are The Ferals, The Sky Sharks or (if they decide to be nice) just Babies. To my partner, they are 'The Other Ones' - they have no interest in him so hes not a huge fan.

For Goofy its; Goof, Booger...we used to call our daughter BOOGER but finally decided to drop that when she reached the age of 21 (wife Laura calls Goofy Boogerbird), Lil-peepers or Peepers, Sweety pie , Boopers, and Knucklehead when he's full of mischief. We all do our very best to call him Goofy most the time, but then there are those precious moments.
