Cosmic catnip

Have any of you guys used the above as a treat for your lovies, just came across a you tube clip where this woman gives her birds this catnip and they are really tucking in to it.

I have heard that catnip is a distant relation to marijuana, and is known to make cats act silly. Don't know if this is true.:shrug:
I would be a bit wary of feeding it to Sam or Susy.
They act silly enough as it is.
