oh he is beautiful. what a cutie pie. i'm so excited for you!!! what an awesome photo. yes, i do that w/ joey as well. I play him videos of other birds chirping and he gets really into it when other lovebirds chirp. I play him videos of other parrots too which he doesn't care for except for parakeets and quakers. Makes me want a parakeet now

Lovies are just so adorable.....they look so small and sweet and innocent! Looks can be so decieving! Pip still amazes me every day at how smart a little bird can be......AND if people just had half the determination that lovies have when doing things, alot more things would get done!!! Lovies are NEVER boring! they love having fun! amazing little monsters they are! :rotfl lovies definitely have a very special way about them that just really grabs your attention! My boyfriend always says.....I can certainly see how these little guys survive in the wild!!!

Aw, what a little darling! The name thing amuses me because I'm usually the same way. Can't ever decide! I think our pets usually go at least a minimum of a week without a name and I just call them whatever comes to mind until one sticks. :)

P.S. - I liked Sprite too :)

Katelyn. My screen saver shows up as a jungle background. Most the time I mute the sound unless I have to leave for an hour or two. Elephants, birds, and even snakes :omg: let out a call or two just for good measure. Goof used to respond, but I think now he just figures its normal for his environment. Whats interesting is the response from those not familiar I have a computer running who suddenly grip their chair and ask "what other pets do you have?!"....to which I reply, we keep the elephants upstairs.

Milo is a wonderful name....... And I see he still has a bit of baby beak left too.............:)

Thanks for all of the responses! I'm still trying to figure out a name though! Everytime I find a name I like....nobody else likes it here at home! They all have their opinions but I think I'll stick to mine ;).
