Behaviour?..is it time?

Mardi (girl) and Keiko (boy) were sitting on their branch and Mardi kept walking around the perch in a circle and as Keiko approached spread her wings.
I managed to catch a video of it (well her circling the perch) is this a mating sign?
I was wondering if they were ever going to mate and now it seems she is interested....Mardi is now 13 months old and Keiko is 18 months old.

Mine started soing this at 5 months, they are 6 months old now! They were born at the start of May and do the start of mating every so often , either he's chasing her or she does the wing spread "come and get me" thing, although they always seem to do this at different times, only one is in the mood everytime! Suppose this is a good thing, i have to stop them when i see them by distracting them, yesterday my female got in the mood whilst they were both on me!
