I'm not sure. Maybe they look a little scraggly from the hand feeding?

Does anyone know what kind of babies would result from one of the hens (I kind of like #4) with Ducky? He's a dilute edged blue peach faced aka silver.

Just thinking out loud...

I think it is handfeeding ooze.

Cute little guys. I miss Eddie's orange beak!

Christine,
The babies look healthy but looks can be deceiving. I, personally, have a problem with a breeder who is sloppy with hand feeding and does not clean the babies when done with each session. Inexperience is one thing but this person can meticulously name each mutation but doesn't care if the formula remains on the feathering.

That's my :2cents:.

Good point Linda. Plus it looks like the babies are on the floor. Maybe it is just for picture taking but I don't think it is a good place for birds to be.

I agree. The floor is dirty for little babies.

What is the forum's 2 cents about leg banding for lovebirds?
