Now what???

Ok so I got the Sunny and LuLu's wings clipped.... now how in the world do I start taming? I'm clueless! I have Millet, that will be their treat!

I don't know how long you have had these guys, so the first thing I will say is that taming takes a very long time, especially if they are wild.

It is best to start most of the training by taking one bird at a time away from the others so he can concentrate on what you are doing. A closed room, like a clean bathroom, as long as there are not hiddey holes for birdie to climb into once he excapes (and he will), is the best (keep the toilet closed, right?).

Training in a semi-dark room helps as well. Bird's vision is not great in the dark, and the person who is normally a threat for a birdie, can soon be seen as the protector and best friend of a birdie who can't see so well.
