space question Holmes

I bought a Holmes Space ceramic space heater as I read on here that they don't have teflon. I'm too chicken to turn it on though. Is anyone sure that Holmes ceramic heaters don't have any teflon or anything dangerous? I know, I'm being a bit crazy here. I tried calling them, but they're closed

never mind, I finally found it on their website. man, that took forever. well, now, we're all warmer since it's freezing today!!!!!!! And to think that rain earlier was better than snow...only it turned into ice. is it spring yet anyone?

I hate ice too. I walk like a grandma when there's ice around. I feel so bad for bad for the folks in NE USA cuz of that ice storm. I don't know what I'd do if that happened here and there was no heat, no power, nothing. I wonder what one can do in that kind of situation, especially when you have parrots. You can always wrap your kitties and dogs up in blankets, but not your birds.

ya no kidding were very lucky to be warm!!! and yes i walk like an old lady on ice too...now....that i feel on my tailbone lastnight!
