ok, i truly have winter skin now (dry, flaky, etc...). I'm tired of both my lovies trying to preen off my dry skin. I have a humidifier, but i need more. what safe lotions are out there? I have all these bath and body works lotions that I have not used since i got the birds. Unless they are safe, but I don't know. Right now I'm using Aveda's hand relief.

When I lived in MN, I used baby oil after every shower. I'm pretty sure you can get it unscented.
Even now, that I live in OR, I still often sleep with moisturizing gloves or vaseline on my hands inside socks (feet too).
Works great!

I use a lot of Burt's Bees products, as they are all natural and contain a lot of all-natural ingredients.

Reviva Labs also has good natural based stuff.

Both of these products you can buy at Whole Foods Supermarkets.
