Are these birds ok?

I was recently veiwing the Alaska Craigslist and I saw this ad for baby lovebirds so I decided to have a look.It seems to me that these aren't babies and maybe the owner is plucking the featehrs out to make them appear to be younger then they are?Please correct me if I am wrong,there is just something about those birds that doesn't look right.

Yes, they are babies, as you can tell by the brown/tan tinge to their beaks. It appears these two are around 10 weeks of age. Likely they were plucked by either the mother or father bird. The feathers WILL regrow.

I agree with Kim on this one. The feathering will grow back you will have 2 very pretty American Cinnamon Green Lovebirds! :)
