It saddens me to do this, but unfortunately I need to reduce my flock. I am looking for a loving home for my two fischer lovebirds. They are the babies of my parent birds. They will be two years old in March. They are brother and sister (DNA tested), totally bonded to each other, so I would need to keep them together. Since they are siblings, they should not be bred. I worked with them quite a bit when they were younger, but then became too busy and they reverted back and became pretty nippy. They are beautiful to look at but if you want hand tame...it could take some time and patience. It would be easier if they go to someone in Southern California, but I am not opposed to shipping them - I just know absolutely nothing about it. I am asking a rehoming fee. If you are interested, please send me a PM and I can give you more details.

Here's a picture of them http://www1.snapfish.com/launchslideshow/AlbumID=246291907/SUBSCRIBER_NAME=SNAPFISH/t_=4922662/EntryIDX=1

Thanks, Jayne

Gosh, why do you have to live on the opposite coast?????? :omg: I would take them in a heartbeat if you were closer!

We need an updated link.....

How "southern" are you...like, how far south of Monterey?

Not sure why the link isn't working for you...when I click it works??? Wish I knew more about these things. Anyway, if you are interested PM me and I can email you pictures. The birds in my avatar are their parents and they look just like them - if that gives you an idea. I live in Whittier, which is in LA county, but right on the border of Orange county. I don't mind driving a little ways if it means my babies find a good home. And if someone could give me the details on how to ship them - I'd consider that also.

Thanks,
Jayne
