Just recently we've started introducing Goof and B.B. in a more direct setting. As you could have probably guessed, Goofs been acting the jealous overbaring how dare you try to steal my mate (me) act............Fortunately, the only result has been a bit of minor shoulder sparring argumentative stuff that ends almost as fast as it began. Nice part here is that there's been no need to step in because my heads already there!......:omg:......Well...its really not that bad >o.

Honestly, I think they handle each others presence just fine. While Goof no doubt will remain in a guarded state for awhile (guarding me), out of pure lovebird curiosity he does on occasion show signs of letting his guard down. B.B. on the other hand, has been very obliging towards Goof regardless of his attitude, and would just as soon go mate with the coat rack. Thats another story.........:x

While its kind of obvious they may never share the same cage together, so far they do enjoy their peeping sessions, bath times, and food fests without so much as a hitch.......... Still, I know this has been hard on Goof and try to make him feel like the special feather child he is............Problem is, I wish he understood its been hard on me because B.B. wants to be special too. OY YOY YOY.......I never thought parronthood could be so tough!............:)

Anyways, i've added a couple new picks to the previous set I wanted to share. Just double click the set in the link below. Thanks!

Wow. I dont' know how I missed this post:confused:. I'm glad to hear the introduction are going even though it's slowly. I think Goof will relent over time, and come to love him some BB. At least they can hang out in the same vicinity:).

Adorable!!!

You never know, eventually they may decide they want to share a cage. If not, well, it's always nice to have a neighbor to chat with and someone to hang out with during playtime / preening time. :)

Pretty soon those two will be fast friends!

Goof loves you so much, I am sure he will never forget you either.
