Is vinyl coated wire safe for lovebirds? I've been reading up on galvanization and zinc and it scares me, I don't want to have anything near my girl if it can hurt her. I assume if she could chew through the vinyl there might be stuff underneath to hurt her. I just don't know if the vinyl itself would harm her . . .

I was going to use some hardware cloth but I was worried that would be galvanized too. . . sigh. There is just nothing safe out there for little birds!

There is stainless steel wire available for cage making but you can trust it's expensive! Check out Zoo mesh. Zoos use it and it's safe.
