Finally!

School's OUT! :happy: Aahhh- almost 3 whole months <jumping up and down>!!!

Some of you may remember that last year, I went to Cali 3 times (total of about 2 months) to take my turn at caring for my MIL who had a stroke.
Anyway, she's coming up here tomorrow for 3 weeks. Woohoo!
She's amazing and I miss her so much.

My house isn't set up for a wheelchair (still paralyzed on one side). There's going to be lots of physical therapy, speech therapy (still doesn't talk) etc.

It's ok though- she's worth whatever it takes.

Then, after she goes, I'll still have a good chunk of the summer to do whatever I want! :happy:

Yea I looove summer. Before my parents were retired they were both teachers and I remember it being so wonderful to spend all that time with them in the summers!! Of course my college major is the only one that I CANT get a teaching degree for, go figure!! Good for you taking care of your mother in law. I have a patient right now who had a stroke and was told she would never walk or talk again and would always be in a wheelchair. Well guess what, shes walking on her own, no wheelchair and has all her speech back to normal!! Determination & patience is all it took - where there's a will there's a way!!
