Pan and evie are in love. Should they become roomies and if so, when can I put them together? I am fully aware of eggs and what I'm gonna do, which is replace them with dummy eggs. I am gonna buy them a bigger cage if I move them in together. Evolet isn't gonna start being mean to joey if she lives with pan right?
I am gonna add another lovebird soon, possibly next month or so, just to let you guys know
So if all four lovebirds get along, can they live together in a large enough of a flight cage or is that a no-no?

Oh boy!!!!:omg: I know nothing of putting birds together - but I know that if Pan and E start laying, they may begin to get aggressive of the other birds because they are all in one space, but Im not positive on that. I think it would be best to leave those 2 in one cage and the other 1 (and future 1) in another cage just to be safe. Im sure someone who knows more will chime in!!
Well so much for Pan being the odd man out!!!

4 in a cage rarely if ever works. The rule is normally 2 birds in a cage or more the 3 pairs. I would wait and If Pan and Evie seem happy try them together in a cage for a few hours then separate and next day a bit more. I am not sure how they will react to Joey though.

Yes, I'm gonna try it sometime in the future and if it doesn't work, that's fine, evie can have her original cage back, no biggie. I don't think I'll put all four together. Just have no idea how that works.

I actually had 4 in a flight cage and they did great. LuLu was always the outsider, but she was ok. None of the other were aggressive with her. Sky and Sunny bothe mated with Phoenix which is where the problem started. Phoenix laid an egg (I found it this morning) and she started to get really aggressive with LuLu, and Sky and Sunny got aggressive with eachother. However, they were all fine and dandy for months before the egg arrived. I would def. just have 2 cages because sooner or later an egg will appear, and then you'll just have to pull out the 2nd cage anyways.
