Okay, so I may have asked this before but I'm not sure. I've been looking for a "penpal" for awhile now. I love writing letters and would love to have a "penpal" from another country. Does anyone know how I can get a penpal or find one without paying a high price? I looked on a website and they send you a list of penpals but it cost 30$ a month! I don't think I can afford that :omg:. If anyone knows any information that would be much appreciated!
