No, not normally they don't. I've seen exceptions but lovebirds are too aggressive for Cockatiels and that puts the Tiel at risk for injuries.
What you would have to do is give it a try and supervise what's going on. You have to stay with everyone and if there's any aggression, that will end the exercise session with Tiels and Lovebirds out, at least for that moment.
Our member, thebubbleking, has both lovies and Tiels so he may be able to add some insight here.

I have seen some off pairings of birds, so I know it IS possible, but like Linda said - not likely. If you are going to try it than everything needs to be intently supervised. Injuries and fights can happen very fast, so you need to keep an eye out that both parties are getting along or at least not biting any toes!!

I have tiels and lovies and although Pip will be good with them when out of cage.....they are a pair and prefer a calmer environment and as soon as they see a lovebird, they look at him like he's crazy! No calm there! and cockatiels tend to run the other way, while nosy lovies will harass other birds, even if it's friendly harrassing! I don't think the cockatiels will be too happy at the sight of a lovebird! Lovebirds are very forward and brave and can be aggressive, so the two are usually not the best match when it comes to personality. When I look at my tiels and my lovies, they are like night and day. Cockatiels are so sweet, calm, and peacable, where lovies love mischeif and the more noise, trouble and commotion they can cause, the happier they are! Cockatiels love to relax and take daytime snoozes....lovies are hyper and always on the go.....only time Pip ever relaxes is when he's sleeping at night!
