Right now, Junior is talking to a Blue Jay outside. I looked out the window and the Blue Jay is looking in circles like he is looking for Junior. While they are chirping back and fourth, my dog Toby is crying, haha. Once he heard that blue jay he started crying...I don't know why, I think it's funny though, LOL! Anyways...Junior is chirping away and climbing all over his cage. This Blue Jay has been coming around for days and talking to Junior....so cute! Does anyone get any visitors like this once in awhile? :)

We get Eagles and Ravens that will sit on our roof sometimes but I don't think they want to be friends :omg: Years ago when I had my cockatiels they would get this Bluejay visitor who would stop by every fall and sit outside the window looking in.Used to feed him left over seed from the birds and half the time he'd fly off and hide it under some leaves and then keep coming back till the dish was empty and stand there pecking at the window lol, bluejays are such characters and I miss feeding that little guy.

Not any that are obvious, but sunnybird has picked up a very distinctive finch "beep" type chirp, and there's one or two that hang out in the tree next to our bedroom window. She only does it when she's nervous though. lol

I used to live in a small town called Haines where we get extremely large gatherings of Eagles every fall http://baldeaglefestival.org/ there aren't as many here in Juneau but I see at least 1 a day fly by my wondow as I sit at the computer.

Wow, that's so cool! Here, we get sparrows and things like that. Sometimes Canadian Geese fly by and land by the river over here in the winter....but other than that, not many big birds..sometimes a hawk or two but just the norm :).

Junior LOVES that! I put that on all day for him and he was just so relaxed. He's being nicer today so that's good. Not as much biting! :)

My two mostly speak to squeaky fanbelts of cars outside my flat! Or the birds on tv!
