What does it mean when my 1 year old love bird chatters her beak at me?

For example if I show her the cell phone (which she hates with a passion) she will chatter her beak almost like a vibration method if that makes any sense. She will some times do it to me, but if I am playing with her. Does any one know what this means? I find it rather funny and cute, lol.:)

Sounds like the body language means she's excited. Some lovebirds will vibrate, in addition, when they are really happy and excited. I would take this as positive body language. :)
