Hi, I've been needing to wax my kitchen floor for awhile now but have hesitated because I didn't know if the fumes would be bad for the birds. I used an Armstrong wax, Shine Keeper, in the past because unfortunately my floors are not the new no wax kind. Any help is appreciated!

Anyone have any info on this?

Thanks,

What kind are you thinking about using?

Armstrong Shine Keeper is the kind that I've used in the past.

Here is the link to an online MSDS for Armstrong Shinekeeper: http://tiny.cc/jymTW (http://tiny.cc/jymTW)
I work for a company that distributes chemicals and I've seen much, much worse!

If you plan on using it, what I would probably do is make arrangements for birds to be out of the house for the day. Let the Shinekeeper completely dry and air everything out before you bring anyone back.
