Honeywell QuietClean Anti-Bacterial Air Purifier

I've always been told to go with the HEPA filter. I have not used either of those air purifiers.....I have one though, we got ours because of Kevin's allergies in the summer. I think the one I have is Holmes, the brand. It's a good size one and around the price of the ones your looking at, and also has the HEPA filter. I don't usually run it during the wintertime, instead I run the humidifier because it's just been so cold and dry this winter....I get zapped at night really bad when I cover the cages, I even zapped the thermostat when trying to turn up the temp. and it just went blank and broke from a static shock! Time for a humidifier!!!! so I got one. I run it mainly in the bird room for them and to make the static a little less at night for covering cages!

I went ahead and got the second one because I was unsure about the anti bacterial one and I was reading some other forums that gave this one a good review.This things got some power to it lol which is good =)

Antibacterial ANYTHING is not a good thing. Take away bacteria and immune systems are no longer challenged. An unchallenged immune system becomes weak which results in illness........

Mine looks like the first photo but that's not the one I have. The second one is definitely the better selection.
