When ever I move or when she jumps off my shoulder onto the couch Martha twitches her left wing. she lifts it up in the air and twitches it. Is there somthing wrong?

Melody does this from time to time. I think sometimes feathers get out of place and they have to twitch and shake them to get them back where they belong.
Now, if she's acting like she's in pain, that's a different story ... then you'd need to call the vet ASAP.

Ok.. I am not quite sure if she is in pain. She probably is just shaking like your bird does. I also heard that Lovebirds and Budgies are the hardest to train to talk. For some reason Parrots are really easy.

Taylor,
Martha also may be in the beginings of a molt. I can't recall exactly how old she is, but somewhere around 3 months of age they will have their first baby molt. Those prickly pin feathers can cause them a little discomfort. Have you noticed any little feathers in her cage, or coming off of her?
If she will let you look at the wing, see if you can see anything. If not, you can wet your fingers and dampen her wing and this will get her to preen the wing, and also soften the keratin shaft around the feathers if she is molting. In fact, if she is molting, offer her a luke warm bath at least once a day, this will give her some comfort.

Martha is 12 weeks. I will give her a bath tonight just in case. I checked her cage. No feathers. Thanks

Taylor,
If you give her a bath, she needs at least two hours to dry completely before bed time. I'm not sure what time it is where you are, but if it's late, wait till tomorrow for the bath.

It is only 7:21 here. Is that too late?

What time do you put Martha to bed? If she stays up till 9:00 that should be fine. You could also offer her a bath tomorrow morning when you get up though.
