So I had to drive to the city on tuesday to pick up some trays for an aweeesome new 4 cage unit I got (traded 16 finches for it... I think I got the better deal haha) anyways, on the way home I stop to look at some birds... and yes... I did it again..

New addtions..
I pr black masked lovies
1 pr diamond doves
1 pr spice finches
1 pr chocolate socieities
3 zebra finches (which were in the cage with the doves.. trying to sell them LOL)

and of course.. my awesome luck.. change new lovies cage the next day and darn if there isn't an egg on the bottom... jeepers!

I need a bigger house...

Your mind is probably out there looking around for mine! I've done things like that, too! I'm surprised that the person who sold you the lovebirds would sell a hen in breeding condition. I know I won't.

Good luck with all the new birdies!

I seem to do this quite often... haha... my husband has amazing patience!!

as too all the new birds... the woman knew nothing about them... her sister had just passed away and she was looking for homes for all of her birds. I took pretty much everything but a cage with 8 budgies... lol...

however now I've birds everywhere (bc of quarantine) but they are all soooo purdy!!! lol

Now I have 10 lovebirds, 4 cockatiels ( spike and princes now have 4 eggs!), 2 doves, and 30 finches.

Oh my... Yes, I guess you are a bit crazy. Have people started calling you the crazy bird lady yet?

OMG yes they have!!!

And I have neighbors call, and say.. "i hear you are the crazy bird lady" so its going around... lmao!

Which I actually don't overly mind... I figure its a good way for people to know I have birds and they can pass that around all they like, as I often have some babies from something or another for sale. :)

Oh, and big surprise... Wall-E and Eva had an egg today! (cockatiel pr #2) anyone looking for some cockatiels in the future? LOL

oh and hubby is learning.. he had to go away for work.. and said before he left today.. no new birds while I'm gone!!! (darn! haha)
