It's from Costco and I am just wondering if Chrome is a safe metal to use around birds? I don't plan to let the birds play on it but it will be within flying distance and I know how curious the little stinkers are!

Two of my parrot cages are chrome so the answer is yes. Chrome shelving is safe to use. :)
