I'm still laughing about this right now, it's cruel but not my fault and I found it to be funny. Sue me.
I was putting the GF's bird back in it's cage the other day, and noticed there was poop on it's rope perch. So I kindly reached in to pick it up. After I grabbed it, the bird thought it would be fresh with me and bit my fingers. It ended up beaking the poop, in fact almost the whole poop ended up IN his beak. He apparently didn't like the taste, and shook his head wildly and eventually spit it out.
I was on the floor laughing. I gave him a nutriberry and some millet to cheer him up :) Owning birds makes life so rewarding some times.
