Birdie store goodies!

I have the day off today so me and my neighbor decided to take a trip to the birdie store.....http://www.rensselaerbirdcenter.com/ It's an hour away, but worth the trip! Needless to say I got lots of goodies! I bought a toy and some foot toys for Ivy to help make up for her bad day yesterday....Pip helped play with them of course! I also got some goodies, food and treats for the others, and some cook and serve food for Ivy.

Pip is a dutch blue.....just like Joey! They really enjoyed their new toys and treats! and Rudy enjoyed a visit from a Bob, although Bob didn't seem as friendly towards Rudy today for some reason.....but Rudy was clickey dancing away!

Joey is a seagreen actually. I don't even know what a Dutch blue looks like in real life. Maybe bob is just having a bad day, but how cute if Rudy though.

Pip is indeed a character! There's just something about him.....something special that just stands out. Yeah....he can be bold as can be! but he has a sweet side and I love how he doesn't even hesitate to think about what he wants or what he wants to do and just GOES for it! He makes me laugh each day....today Ivy was actually getting a chance to play with her new toys because Pip was too busy humping her swing! :rotfl I can tell by the way Ivy looks at him that she thinks the same things sometimes....what a little monster, what a pest! but like us, she just can't help but love him!
