Hello

I have a question; why does Charlie rubbing his beak on our clothes and skin?

Another question; Charlie dont seem to like his toy, he rather sit on our shoulder, arm and legs and he is very interested in our lips, sometime he screams because we wont let him nip, bite.

Rubbing their beaks is how birds clean them. If you gently take their upper beaks between two of your fingers and rub, most like that, too, as it feels pleasant. I had a B&G Macaw who used to mark her territory by rubbing her beak across the area just in front of what she considered to be her territory. She usually did this when she was near me and she wanted to let everyone know that I was off limits to everyone except her! :)

It's my guess that Charlie never learned how to play with toys so there's no interest in them. You may have to start playing short games with him using toys so he knows they can be fun! The human mouth/lip area needs to be off limits for birds. The human mouth contains a lot of bacteria that can make birds sick so this is a no-no.
