So, I kinda dropped off the planet when my son was born (he's 8.5 months now) but I have some time and wanted to post.

Sunny and I are doing well, though she's not getting nearly as much out of cage time as she used to. I can't wait until DS is old enough to know NOT to grab the bird and we can let sunny out and she won't fly directly onto his head.

I'm tempted to get another lovie for company for sunny, but my hubby is firm on being a one lovie household.

Hello! Glad to hear from you. Its really great now that my neice of nephews are (just) old enough to know not to grab the birds, and really enjoy them- you've got a lot to look forward to!
