Hey all, my adorable 10 week old or so peach face Lovebird still hasn't fully gotten all of his feathers in yet. He is not that interested in it's toys. Is this normal?

It takes some time for youngsters to venture around and check out toys. Nothing is familiar to him and he may want to just be still, eat and drink.

However, a baby of 10 weeks definitely has full feathering, unless he was plucked by his parents in the nest.
