Just when you think there's nothing that will shock you, this article did! Perhaps the individual needs a bit of his own "medicine" to find out what it's like.

Isn't vodka the one that's nearly tasteless????but it sure does pack a punch....you suppose that's what killed the other birds......I would think it would take quite some experimentation to get the dosage right....all in the name of science!!!!!!!some people.

I saw this article yesterday and just simply couldn't believe it. It reminds me of my father....who by the way is crazier than all get out much like this person sounds like....who uses Havey's Bristol Cream Sherry and 409 to combat fruit flies..."The 409 gets in their feathers and they can't fly" he told me. :lol

Question: If it's the 409 that stops them from flying, what does he need the Harvey's Bristol Cream for? :lol

:lol From what my brother, sister and myself can figure is the sherry attracts and incapacitates the fruit flies, then they are sprayed with 409. We've often wondered if after several glasses of sherry used for personal consumption not fruit fly defense, if he ever drank the sherry spiked with 409....might explain a lot! ;) Just for reference, the meal of choice to eat while drinking Harvey's Bristol Cream Sherry is a bologna sandwich.
