I have a question for you folks. I have adopted two lovies this last year. Andale', a male, and most recently Polly (used to be Paulie). They really get along well. Would it be ok/wise to have them in the same cage? I have tried it for short periods of time. Only a few minutes a shot.
Polly is pretty much "here big boy........" raising the wings and being all alluring and stuff. lol
I do not want to breed. At all. Would be nice to same on some space though. What do you think?

To be safe, I would cage them together for "more than a few minutes" while supervised only, then progress from there. As for them breeding, aside from eliminating all the usual influences, there's not much you can do but humanely boil or replace any surprize eggs with duds. .. Hopefully, should you have to do so, it proves more of a benefit to your two lovebirds than having to keep them separated.
