is there a difference between Fischer's and masked lovebirds? It seems as though but I don't know. My next fosters are going to be masked lovebirds. Click and Clack. :D

Yes. There is a difference, as long as the lovebird is not a cross between a Masked and a Fischer's. Masks have solid solid black heads, except Lutinos, while Fischer's don't, or shouldn't, have any black on their heads at all.
