Momma bird likes to come out of her cage?

So I've noticed now that the babies are a bit bigger momma bird will follow daddy bird out of the cage. She's not a hand tame bird at all and normally stays in the cage while daddy comes out to visit me( i'll just open the door so he can come and go while i'm in the room to supervise), but lately she's been coming out and flying around a bit. Is she capable of judging when to go back or should I just not allow her to come out? I'm paranoid the babies will get cold but I feel like they need to stretch their wings and fly as well.

she will go back to he babies, she is just streatching her muscles and mabey after watching dad fly to you she has finaly figured out its safe to do so also.
And could be she wants to keepm a close eye on dad lol.
