I also talked to another breeder who is selling the male bird and sent me this picture. He seems like a Dutch blue pied to me but the different color marks on his forehead makes me confused. Do you know what type of mutations he possesses?

If you can share a photo, we should be able to help you. Keep in mind that there is no true blue in rosiecillis so coloring can vary from a greenish color to blue green. Facial mask color is what determines green series or blue series.

wait... my photo wasnt uploaded? let me try this again... or if cant still see his forehead... his forehead is really bright orange that extends to the back of his head.. is this normal?
