I need help choosing an air purifier

I need to get my birds an air purifier as it's dusty most of the time in the birdroom and the birds often sneeze because of it.
The problem is, living in Portugal, I have very few options.
I know ionizers are bad. And most of these have the option to turn them off.
I'd greatly appreciate if someone could help me choose one, I've been going back and fourth with this and the more I read the more confused I get.

I have a honeywell air purifier, not listed above. I've also used other honeywell products and they seem really sound. The air purifier I use has been great, I would recommend the honeywell brand :)

I have the Honeywell unit you have listed here and I really like it. I bought a second unit ? ( a larger one) and I'm just as pleased with my new one, as well.

That's great, I was also leaning towards the Honeywell :)

I'm just slightly worried about something I read today while googling the model. On the honeywell website it says:
"Note: This product contains a built-in ionizer. If you have asthma symptoms that can be triggered by the presence of an ionizer it's recommended that you do not use ionic air purifiers. I do realize that this is the HFD-010, and I was asking about the HA010E, but they look exactly the same and I wonder if the store just got the name wrong..

I don't have any breathing problems (that I know of).. I was just asking because I thought that the trace amount of ozone might be dangerous for the birds..

I too, am looking to get a good air purifier for Pip. He gets seasonal allergies during the late spring/early summer that have lead to bacterial infections yearly until I finally figured out what was causing it. All I had to do to prevent it was keep him inside during the "all things blooming and pollen" time! which is all of May and some of June, and no infection for the first time in SIX years! so I want to make double sure and get the air purifier for him.....keep them pesky infections away for good! I had some recommendations, but some of them were very expensive! I don't want or need anything too big or fancy! The one I'm leaning towards is
