Max licks his feet a lot…is this normal?

I've noticed over the last couple of weeks that Max tends to lick his feet a lot. He "clicks" his toe nails with his beak….like he's clipping his nails. He tends to do it when he's bored in his cage. Is this something I should be concerned about?
