Sleeping beauty

Hi everyone :)

My lovie, Rocco, is about 4 months now and he gets sleepy a lot through the day. This is my first baby lovebird so my question is is that normal? I just want to make sure there's no other problem that I should be worried about

Being a baby, he will nap more often than an adult (usually...). Babies play harder and they tire out quicker. That will change as he gets older.

Ditto naps quite a bit during the afternoon. He's quite active in the morning then he settles down around 1pm and naps a good bit during the day. After he gets his dinner around 5pm he perks up again. He may or may not take another nap after dinner but then he's on the go until bed time at 10:30 or so.
