Nipping/Biting

One of my birds (the one with all toes) keeps biting the other on the foot or face whenever they are about to eat. They usually begin to eat only when I'm there so I keep seeing it happen. I'm scared that it'll hurt the other one (toeless) because that one never fights back! Is there something I should do about this?

(On a good note, they are getting more used to my hands and I got a finger pretty close to the one that has no toes. Not comfortable enough to step up, but hopefully I'll get there..)

Try adding a second food dish so they don't have to share the same one. I have this set up with a number of my birds and it helps relieve the competitiveness for food when they go to eat.
