Help. My bird is starting to sink to high heaven cause she won't bathe!

Most of my flock use their water dishes for bathing. Does hers have a cover over it? First thing I do is remove covers or replace the dish with an open one. Have you tried a bowl of water on the bottom of the cage?

Yes I've taken the cover off,tried a regular bowl, tried spraying her which she hates and doesn't help anyways, and tried many times offering her running water

Have you tried splashing your hand in small dish of water? I do this sometimes with Max when he doesn't want to bathe and as soon as he sees the splashing, he jumps right in.
