So after the unexpected loss of my loves, I couldn't live without a bird. So I got a new lovebird, and called him Nimbus. I got him at the end of May, and he has been a bit skittish. I think maybe because he's on his own? But anyway. I've been persistent with him, fuss him all the time. Love him to pieces! So as I was sitting next to his cage relaxing, he finally came and sat on my shoulder! Only for a couple of minutes, but it's a start! So hopefully he's beginning to love me as much as I love him! Needless to say, I'm very excited!
