My own personal thoughts are that you really don't have a problem. I don't have a lot of 7 yr old hens that lay fertile eggs and whichever hen lays the eggs would be the one to care for them. I've had one pair of hens that were serviced by one male and everything worked out just fine. Each hen had a nestbox on the opposite side of the cage and, at one point, both hens were sitting on fertile eggs. Yup, you got it! I had one very happy satisfied male.....until the chicks started to hatch. Then I had one very busy male feeding both hens so they could, in turn, feed the babies. :)

YIKES! I can't imagine a male taking care of two families. I see how much work Won Ton has put in with his clutches in the past.

1 male, 2 women?
I'm gonna keep quiet on this one. :)

I realize most forums are not user friendly.....but on this board we just keep posting on one thread.....I'm not sure why you've posted 3 different threads for this one same question.....if you log back in and click on New Posts it will readily show you the threads that have been answered most recently.
And it did take me about a month before I saw the New Posts on the top of this menu. :D So don't feel like the Lone Ranger :p
