Cooper makes an irritating repeating chirp chirp chirp etc. It drives my fiance nuts. I've tried explaining that he's got to ignore it or Cooper will keep it up. We couldn't figure out what this noise was, untill I heard my alarm clock go off and Cooper making the noise while I was actually awake. So Cooper has learnt that my alarm clock going off means that I'll get up and feed her...hmmm.

I could actually just get rid of the alarm and put Cooper's cage on the night table :p I would never over sleep as we haven't figured out the snooze function on the bird yet!

That is very cute.

My gals were listening to some kid going around the courtyard on a bike with some VERY squeaky wheels. I had to listen to that bike being mimiced for months after the family moved out. The most annoying sound in the world (next to an alarm clock).

At one time mine made the "chirp" noise that the smoke detector makes when the battery starts to die.

The door of the cage squeaks. So does Blu. Guess what we hear when she wants to come out! Squeak! :lol

Kameko mimics the beeping the alarm makes any time you open or close a door or window. But she thinks it means her bestest friend Sean is coming to see her so she does the noise and follows it with a long string of excited chirps. Luckily this isn't an annoying sound.

Today when I walked over to my dad's house there was a couple sparrows in a tree across the street. They were cheeping their little heads off and from inside the house I heard the same sparrow chirp. I'm not sure who was louder, the sparrows in the tree 20 feet away from me or Ditto inside the closed house but both sounded exactly alike.

Olivia makes that same sound - cheep, cheep, cheep - VERY LOUD!! Thank goodness the others haven't picked it up - yet. She does it when she doesn't like something or feels threated. VERY LOUD! :(

Ditto usually does that one when one of his toys is getting the better of him, right before he beats the tar out of it.
